  REMOTE DEPOSITIONS ARE A SOLUTION WITH COVID 19

  We understand that all of your depositions are remote at the moment since no one is in a hurry to go back to taking depositions in person.
  However, in the last three months, we have been doing many remote depositions, all done over zoom.
  We are doing zoom remote video recording with a specialized professional recording setup.
  The video and the sound produced have a very high quality equal to the one recorded on a professional video camcorder.

  The video recorded by the zoom application is not admissible in court
  The separate video recorded by a certified videographer during a zoom call is admissible in court

  This has been important since the videographer produce a video with tme overlay and act as an independant party.
  We help our clients with presenting exhibits, either by sharing a document on screen or providing access via hyperlink to the document in a repository.
  Additionally, that allows the recording to stop and start when going off the record, just like in a in person deposition.
  This setup allows also to do a live picture in picture inside the zoom context with the exhibits presented to the witness.
