As a continuous member in "Good Standing" of NCRA (National Court Reporters Association) and AGCV (American Guild of Court Videographers) for the last 15 years, we have been certified as Court Video Specialists and Multimedia Experts. Though the Continuous Education Program, we can offer the latest wide array of professional equipment to meet your video and audio needs. We provide the latest case management tools for organizing your entire case from the first discovery document to presenting the case in trial.
Whether a trial be held in a Federal Court, where the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, [Rule 30(b)(4)] and the Federal Rules of Evidence (Rule 1001) apply, or in our State, District or Appellate courts where local rules are required, as a Certified Court Video Specialist, we are prepared to meet any and all the approved rules and statutes that apply in producing the video evidence required by your clients.
Besides our State of the Art equipment including “High Definition” video, we have in-house Certified Experts for trial preparation and State of the Art technology for online instant retrieval anywhere anytime.
We have made a commitment to abide by and promote the rules of the NCRA Code of Professional Ethics (COPE).
The mandatory Code of Professional Ethics defines the ethical relationship the public, the bench, and the bar have a right to expect from a Member. The Code sets out the conduct of the Member when dealing with the user of reporting services and acquaints the user, as well as the Member, with guidelines established for professional behavior. By complying with the Code of Professional Ethics and Guidelines for Professional Practice, Members maintain their profession at the highest level.
